After an artistic sketch is created, the designer or his assistants create a technical sketch. At this stage, all the lines, grooves and knots are drawn, the necessary materials and fittings are needed to implement the future product. The designer-technologist chooses the most rational ways of connecting fabrics and all parts of the product to each other. The correctness of the chosen direction by the designer-technologist is checked when creating a pilot sample that shows the need for changes or improvements. The designer-technologist works together with the tailor over the pilot sample, until the whole team is completely satisfied with the result. Only after this, the pilot sample is presented to the client. The designer and the designer-technologist work in close contact, which allows the most accurate implementation of the artist's intentions. At the same time, the designer takes on the task of performing technical and economic tasks without compromising the quality of the product. An important task is to create a utilitarian product, which will be convenient, hygienic, durable and reliable in operation, and at the same time it will be ideal to sit on a person's figure. Together with the designer, a team of technical workers is constantly working. They determine the size and area of ​​the patterns, unify them in size and height, determine the consumption of material and accessories for each product. After all the necessary steps have been taken at the design stage of the future product and the pilot sample has been approved by the client, work begins on the technological support for the production of the entire run.

The technological process is carried out in various workshops of the enterprise, and the sequence of operations is determined at the design stage of the future product. The sewing process involves preparing materials for cutting, cutting materials into parts and then connecting them to obtain a finished product. In cases where the future product includes branding, the application process using a predetermined application technology is performed immediately after the cutting before joining the parts. For the production and interconnection of garments, various works are used, which, according to the execution method, can be manual and machine. Handwork is very diverse, but it is very time consuming. Some orders require the use of manual work in the case where it is necessary to decorate the product with hand embroidery. However, the use of manual work is very energy-consuming and requires a lot of time, so more often in production resort to the help of modern technological equipment. Silkscreen (silk screen) – one of the most common ways of high-quality and rapid imaging of textiles.
Screen printing, also known as serigraphy or silk screen printing, has a long history that arose 1000 years ago in China. The popularity of this method of application received in the twentieth century, after Andy Warhol decided to use this method of application to create the famous prints of Marilyn Monroe. The method of silk screen printing is an ideal application when it is necessary to get a bright and juicy image.To print images in our company, we use modern high-tech equipment from M & R and Sportsman. This equipment allows you to perform high-quality application to the material of any images. It is important to note that the number of colors for printing should not be more than six.For each color an individual printing form is made. The frame with a stretched fine-mesh synthetic mesh is covered with a layer of photoemulsion, which is partially destroyed after exposure through the photoform. It is important to understand that thermal transfer can be performed using two types of film: flock – velvet texture and flex – glossy with a transparent lacquer layer.Therefore, you need to immediately determine the image of what texture you would like to get in the long run.The technology of thermal transfer is practically unlimited. Sublimation is the method of printing full-color images on a fabric with any number of colors and shades. Technologically, sublimation is the process of transition of matter from solid to gaseous state, bypassing the liquid. For this, the material is heated to a temperature above 1650 ° C.
The technology of indirect sublimation printing is divided into two main stages. The first stage is the printing of the image on the intermediate medium, namely, on the sublimation paper. The second stage is the transfer of the image to the material. For transfer, special high-tech equipment is used, with which the necessary temperature is reached. At a temperature of 180-2000С, polyester molecules are opened and the sublimation dye, which is at that time in the gaseous state, penetrates into the fibers of the tissue. When the fabric cools, the material molecules are closed, and the dye particles remain inside the fibers.A feature of sublimation is that the fabric remains elastic and when stretched, the patterns are not damaged. That’s why this method of application is ideal for applying to sportswear: jackets, swimsuits or bathing caps. Also, sublimation is indispensable when creating textile carriers of outdoor advertising. Banners, flags and banners look impressive and completely work out the means embedded in them, because sublimation images have high clarity, brightness and resistance to external factors, so they do not fade.


Advantages of sublimation:

Computer embroidery is a method of applying logos and other images to the fabric using automatically programmed equipment. Modern equipment allows you to simultaneously create up to 32 drawings with threads of different colors. The logo, printed using computer embroidery, looks expensive and solid.

We use the equipment of the Korean company SWF and German ZSK, as well as viscose and polyester threads Gunold, Madeira, Rheingold and Marathon. Image models are created in a modern programming system.
